This program is designed to provide an individual with a template that is a
due diligence model for evaluating how he or she views their "work
relationship." Career Assessment and Appraisal® includes a
self-evaluation of the individuals skills, accomplishments and values
as well as the Birkman Method® to assess work environment needs. It is
useful to anyone experiencing a job transition,
determining career direction and useful to an organization in
determining where to best utilize an individual's skills and talents in
the organization.
