Amber Dinopoulos | Crosworks
Amber’s career path has been very diverse. Working in arenas from legal to manufacturing has allowed Amber to develop a unique understanding of various industries and cultures. Prior to joining Crosworks, Amber served companies including the Scott’s Company, Meiko America and Honda of America Manufacturing. She has performed in both operational capacities such as purchasing and logistics and human resources in the organizational development arena. Over the course of her career in organizational development, she has worked on various projects including the development and roll-out of an internal partnership model and the lead of career management program. Amber uses Human Performance Improvement strategies to help teams improve results and address the root cause of performance related issues. She also uses assessment tools, like the Birkman Method® Test in the service of career coaching and leadership development.
Amber has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Otterbein University. Amber uses her unique skills to assist her clients in their self-discovery process. She helps them to explore possibilities that they may not have considered.
