Nancy J. Hirsch

Nancy Hirsch has worked as an independent consultant for the past 17 years working long-term with different not-for-profit organizations functioning in a variety of roles. Her clients have included Junior Achievement, Ohio Coalition for Children, Franklin County Educational Council Foundation and the Columbus Speech & Hearing Center.  Prior to her work in coaching and consulting, Nancy worked for nine years with Arthur Andersen & Co. (now Accenture) where she earned her CPA license.  Her client work focused on closely held business and not-for-profit clients.

Nancy holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Muskingum College and she is certified in the Birkman Method® for coaching and leadership development.

Nancy’s unique approach to creative problem solving and encouraging others allows her to approach consulting issues with a focus on practical results for organizations and personal growth for individuals.
