
Nancy Hirsch has worked as an independent consultant for the past 17 years working long-term with different not-for-profit organizations functioning in a variety of roles. Her clients have included Junior Achievement, Ohio Coalition for Children, Franklin County Educational Council Foundation and the Columbus Speech & Hearing Center.
Most recently Nancy has provided executive and life coaching to individuals and small businesses. She has also served as a Parent Consultant for Columbus Public Schools, working to increase communication with parents and parent involvement, at Columbus Alternative High School. Nancy has a strong interest in working with young adults to help them develop an understanding of and confidence in their own personal style.
Prior to her work in coaching and consulting, Nancy worked for nine years with Arthur Andersen & Co. (now Accenture) where she earned her CPA license. Her client work focused on closely held business and not-for-profit clients.
Nancy brings her breadth of experience to Celia D. Crossley & Associates, Ltd. to help multiple organizations and leaders move to the next level of performance. Her work over the years has included marketing, personnel issues, coaching, communication and customer service.
Nancy’s unique approach to creative problem solving and encouraging others allows her to approach consulting issues with a focus on practical results for organizations and personal growth for individuals.
She has served on the Board of Trustees of the YWCA as Treasurer, as a member of the Columbus Public Schools’ Innovative Schools Task Force, the CPS School Choice Task Force, and worked as a Franklin County Master Gardener volunteer. She has also been active with the Columbus Literacy Council, The Girl Scouts and various PTAs. She has served on her church’s Board of Trustees, Finance Committee, co-chaired its’ Stewardship Campaign and provided financial guidance to a community development organization. Nancy is currently serving on the Board of the Clintonville Resource Center, as Chairperson of its Church and Community Committee.
Nancy holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Muskingum College and she is certified in the Birkman Method® for coaching and leadership development.
