Career consultant, executive coach and experienced seminar leader skilled in supporting clients in high-level learning. With more than 25 years of leadership experience in the field of career development, career management and adult learning, Nancy is known for her ability to establish and maintain credibility with both individual clients and senior leadership in Fortune 500 corporations and small to medium size companies as well as with organizations in the public sector. Nancy’s capacity for personal warmth, active listening and strategic thinking support her clients in connecting personal achievement with business value.
Before joining Crosworks in 2011, Nancy served as Vice President and Senior Consultant with Right Management, a publicly traded, global provider of career and talent management consulting with 300+ offices worldwide. Leading the career management practice in the Columbus, Ohio office, Nancy provided consulting services to individuals and corporate clients across diverse industries including financial services, healthcare, public and private utilities, manufacturing, retail, pharmaceuticals, R&D and computer technologies.
Earlier career history include Director of Programs at the Center for New Directions in Columbus, Ohio, a small, community based, non-profit providing career/life planning and educational services to disadvantaged populations; Founding Director, OSU’s Office of Disability Services where she played a key role in bringing programmatic and physical accessibility to the enterprise; and Instructor at the New York Association for the Blind in Manhattan.
Nancy holds a M.Ed. from Boston College and B.A. from Elmira College. She completed the EXECUTIVE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM, The Ohio State University; WHAT COLOR IS YOUR PARACHUTE, the two-week career choice and job search intensive with Richard Bolles; and LIFELAUNCH, The Hudson Institute’s coach training program, Santa Barbara. She is certified in multiple assessments, including The Birkman Method, The Center for Creative Leadership’s Benchmarks 360, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and brings in-depth experience with the Firo-B, Executive Compass and the suite of instruments from Learning Synergistics, Novi, Michigan.
