In her journey through disparate industries and corporate cultures--financial services, retail, staffing, advertising and client relations--Suzanne has gained unique insight into organizational behavior and employee relations. Prior to joining Celia D. Crossley & Associates, she progressed through corporate jobs at Fifth Third Bank, Spherion and Fitch. She has worked on a variety of human resources consulting projects during her career, including high volume recruiting, performance management systems and career coaching and assessment. She has also counseled individuals on successful job search strategies and career progression.
Suzanne holds an undergraduate degree in psychology from Wittenberg University and an MBA in marketing from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. She adds value to each of her clients through strong analytical skills and personalized attention.
