Transitions can put added pressure on individuals and teams, intensifying problems that were already there. Using the Birkman Method® Assessment Tool we help each team member gain an understanding of themselves, how they relate to others, and their needs and expectations in the workplace. After personal sessions with each individual to review their results, we conduct a half-day workshop with the entire team to facilitate improved communication and cooperation. Follow-up sessions are scheduled over a six-month period.
