Customized Career Management Services

Career Assessment and Appraisal:

This program is designed to provide an individual with a template that is a due diligence model for evaluating how he or she views their “work relationship.” It is useful to anyone experiencing a job transition, determining career direction and useful to an organization in determining where to best utilize an individual’s skills and talents in the organization.


Career Transition Program:

A customized transition program utilizing the “Work Relationship Template” and providing guidance and counsel as an individual transitions out of an organiza-tion. It can be utilized for outplacement and well as providing career transition assistance to a spouse or significant other of a newly hired key manager in an organization.


Customized Coaching:

This program is best utilized to assist managers achieve optimal performance. Each program is tailored to the individual situation and begins with the Career Assessment and Appraisal. Coaching sessions are delivered in person or via video email capability on a regularly scheduled plan from six to 12 months. Complementary 360 assessments with customized competencies can be util-ized with this process.


Team Integration and Communication:

The foundation of improving communications and assisting a team maximize their effectiveness is the Birkman Method®. Each individual is provided a per-sonal session to review their report and then the team program is delivered in a half day workshop. Follow up sessions are scheduled over a six month period.
