Celia has been a facilitator for the Women Presidents Organization for six years.
The WPO is a non-profit membership organization for women presidents'
of multimillion-dollar companies. Members of the WPO take part in
professionally facilitated peer advisory groups in order to coax the
'genius out of the group' and grow their businesses to the next level.
WPO Facilitators are carefully selected by headquarters to ensure that we
are providing the most appropriate and dedicated leadership for our
members.
WPO Facilitators are:
·    Professionally-trained twice a year
·    Women with significant insight into small business & entrepreneurship
·    Recognized & influential in their local business community
·    Committed to supporting women in business
·    Hired consultants to the WPO - not volunteers
·    Moderating & leading the local sessions
Facilitator responsibilities include:
·    Planning & implementing the monthly agenda (with input & guidance from chapter members)
·    Moderating & leading the local sessions
·    Inviting guest experts
·    Recruiting new members
·    Working with HQ to secure local press & host local events
