Future Focus

We’ve taken our career transition program, used successfully by hundreds of adults, and adapted it to the specific needs of college-bound students. Through guided self-discovery, your student will become more informed, more focused, and better equipped to choose particular areas of study and suitable career paths.

Future Focus includes:

• Two private sessions with a career strategist, who will help the student define their interests, values, and skills, as well as what type of college environment (and later, work environment) will help them thrive.
• The Birkman Method®assessment, which defines the student’s behaviors, needs and interests, thus providing a roadmap for career fields and best-fit work environments.
